Welcome to Look Shop BD (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (lookshopbd.com) and purchasing our cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Eligibility: By using this platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Service Updates: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. 

2. Product Information & Authenticity

• Authenticity: Look Shop BD guarantees that all cosmetic, skincare, and hair care items sold on our website are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official brands or authorized distributors. 
• Visual Representation: We try our best to display product colors and packaging accurately. However, actual shades may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or manufacturer packaging updates. 
• Allergy Disclaimer: Cosmetic results vary by skin type. Customers are responsible for reading product ingredients and instructions before use. Look Shop BD is not liable for individual adverse or allergic reactions. 

3. Orders and Pricing

• Order Confirmation: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve its price or stock. An order is only confirmed after successful checkout and phone verification by our team.
• Pricing Changes: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to stock availability, supply chain updates, or promotional periods.
• Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product stock outages, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery inside Dhaka typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery outside Dhaka takes 3–5 business days. Delays caused by weather, political situations, or courier issues are outside our control.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
• Package Inspection: For Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are highly encouraged to check the outer packaging condition in front of the delivery agent before paying.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Cosmetic Hygiene Policy: Due to the hygiene and sanitary nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a broken item or the wrong product shade/variation, you must report it to our customer care team via phone or email within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with video unboxing proof.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 7–10 working days.

6. User Accounts and Security

• Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use our website to distribute viruses, scrap data, or violate any local laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. 

7. Limitation of Liability

Look Shop BD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of products purchased from our platform. 

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
